Plastic extrusion
Plastic extrusion is a process for manufacturing long lengths of pipe or rod by melting and compressing a thermoplastic resin (PVC, Polyethylene) through a die. When it cools, the extruded plastic hardens and keeps its final shape.
On request, we produce extruded pipes and rods in PVC, Polyamide (PA), Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Polyester (PE), according to the technical specifications of your specifications.
These extruded tubes and rods can then be overbraided in our workshop to obtain more resistant and more aesthetic products.
