Fitting of end caps and ferrets

The installation of plastic end caps or metal ferrules on braid or cord fulfills several objectives: to improve the robustness of the end, to facilitate use (for example, passage through an eyelet), to add a technical accessory for the realization of a handle… Many types of accessories can be added such as tilting end caps and ferrules, cord locks, cylindrical end caps (lace type).

We offer the design and installation of plastic end caps by overmolding, in association with the company Atiplast, also a member of the Groupe Gauthier. Atiplast can manufacture a custom-made plastic end cap, for a specific use, and marked with a logo or a brand name. This service is carried out 100% in France, in our plastic workshop.
