Crimping

Crimping is used primarily to create loops by stapling two cords together for use in furniture and upholstery. Cords joined in this way remain together and allow structures to be reinforced.

The metal staples guarantee a perfect solidity of the whole, and a service of hot or cold cutting allows to obtain braided cords ready to use.

The crimping of the cord or braid is carried out in our workshop in France, in the heart of the Auvergne. The production line of a braid or a technical cord can thus be easily completed with this type of service as well as other finishes (cutting, priming, heat setting…)
