French specialists in custom elastic cord, we manufacture a large number of technical cords for industry (safety mask elastic), leisure (cardboard mask elastic, cotillions, carnival mask), stationery (document holder elastic cord) and the health field (medical mask elastic).

We create round elastic cord adapted to your needs for sportswear, clothing and hobby sewing, furniture, decoration, fashion accessories… Braided in our production workshop, this small, robust and design elastic cord, made of polyester or polyamide (nylon) yarn with a latex core, is heat, UV and humidity resistant. On request, we also produce hypoallergenic elastic cord with an elastane core and organic cotton elastic cord.

Braided elastic cords can be produced quickly in our workshop in France, from small to large series, in different diameters and colours and with all the quality guarantees. We also fit plastic tips and hooks on our product, in accordance with your specifications. This finishing is carried out by the company Atiplast, also a member of the Gauthier Group.

Thanks to the use of different colours and the creation of patterns by braiding, we create an elastic cord perfectly adapted to your creative project and in phase with your brand (manufacturing from 200 meters, with the reference and color, in the diameter of your choice). We also create customized bungee cords and shock cord for technical applications.
