Paracord manufacturer
Originally used as a parachute cord by the US army, paracord is a lightweight multi-strand nylon rope sheathed in nylon or polyester braid. Once recovered, this versatile type of cord found numerous applications in outdoor lashing and DIY.
This small military cord is now widely used in the professional world and in consumer applications. Extremely strong and virtually indestructible, this quality product is used as a climbing rope, mooring rope, camping rope and other safety accessories. Paracord bracelets or survival bracelets are also widely used for outdoor sports and leisure activities in extreme conditions.
Promotress is a French manufacturer, producing many types of original paracord in its workshop. Our paracord is often plain coloured (olive, black, red…), but it can also combine the colours offered in each material, including neon colors, to obtain a unique look on the rope. In addition to nylon and polyester, we use recycled materials such as Econyl® or rPET, for environmentally responsible paracord production.
Our specialist rope braiding team is on hand to advise you on the manufacture of personalised paracord to suit your project (production from 200 metres, by reference and colour).
We also manufacture small-diameter braided rope and technical products, such as Halyards in a wide range of colours. Contact us for prices and delivery times.
