Lacing cord
The lacing cord is a thin and ultra-resistant rope, used for the binding of cable in electromechanics, telecommunications, health, industry, transport… This type of technical cord makes it possible to assemble cables very easily while respecting the strictest standards of the market. It is used in particular for motor winding.
Our lacing cord is braided using strong wire with high resistance to temperature variations, such as HT polyester, nylon (-55°C to +120°C), aramid (-55°C to +240°C), or glass fiber (-55°C to +430°C). On request, the cord can be treated to improve its resistance to fire and humidity. Most often black or white, this technical cord can also be braided in the color of your choice, depending on the range offered by each material.
We also offer the installation of plastic end caps by overmolding, in partnership with the company Atiplast which is also a member of the Gauthier Group. Our range is completed by the realization of customized shrink-wrapping tapes, for electrotechnical projects.
