For more than 100 years, Promotress has been a manufacturer of technical cords : cordage, rope, knit cord, paracord or halyard for industry, sportswear, boating, fashion accessories, stationery… All our cords are made in France, in our braiding workshop located in Ambert (63), in the heart of the Auvergne region.

Made from natural cotton or linen yarns, or synthetic materials succh as polyester, aramid and other high-resistance materials, our custom-braided cords will scrupulously respect your specifications in terms of strength and design. Whether standard or customized, each cord, rope or twine will fit perfectly into its environment, whether for an industrial application or a branded textile project.

• Halyards from 2 to 10 mm diameter
• Knitted cords and Drawstrings from 1 to 8 mm in diameter
• Paracords from 2 to 8 mm diameter
• Reflective cords from 2 to 6 mm diameter
• Materials : polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, cotton, linen, recycled fibers, lyocell, viscose… Other materials can be braided on demand for specific products.
• Various colors are available for plain or multicolored braided cord, depending on chosen material. Study of colors on request
